First open in 2005, in the market town of St Ives, Cambridgeshire, by director Neil Wise; WellingtonWise has both adapted to continuously changing market conditions and unlike the majority of agents in these turbulent years expanded in both the services provided and areas serviced. This includes the opening of WellingtonWise Lettings division in 2008, WellingtonWise Construction in 2009 and most recently the opening of our second office in Huntingdon town centre in early 2010.
From the outset WellingtonWise believed in setting a new standard in the level of customer service provided in an industry blighted by bad press and in embracing the latest technologies and marketing methods.
