WellingtonWise is delighted to announce the launch of its dedicated sales progression unit. The team will initially comprise of three highly experienced estate agents, Tom Gowler, Jemma Woodroff and Kevin McLean, who’s sole focus will be guiding clients’ sale & purchase to a swift and stress-free conclusion.
Managing Director, Neil Wise comments on the launch of the new team “The legal process of selling a home is often the most stressful. With lots of paperwork and unfamiliar terminology, it’s no wonder home buyers and sellers can feel daunted at the prospect.
At WellingtonWise we wanted to remove this worry and stress by introducing every one of our clients to their own personal sales progressor. Someone who can answer questions no matter how silly they may seem or help those who don’t feel confident with completing legal paperwork.”
Like many Estate Agents, WellingtonWise has always offered sales progression services through its sales team. By removing the progression role from the sales floor, it believes more time and care can be spent guiding its clients’ sales.
To coincide with the launch of its dedicated sales progression unit, WellingtonWise has introduced QuickMove, a process that can help home movers save weeks of the conveyancing process.
“QuickMove is all about preparation, getting things ready now rather than later, when you could be under pressure from the other party” explains Director, Tom Hookham.
Tom continues. “There are a number of things every property buyer or seller is required to do at some point in the sale. We’ve identified those that cause the most delays, can be completed before a sale is agreed and costs the client nothing. Buyers will easily be able to identify a QuickMove property by looking out for the logo, we could be handing over the keys to these homes weeks earlier.”
