We follow up every viewing within 24 hours. We like to give our viewers some time to reflect and gather their thoughts and any questions they may have. It is now a legal requirement that any property offered for sale has an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate), with the exception of listed properties. WellingtonWise are happy to organise an EPC for you, to avoid any delay in marketing your property. Once complete, your EPC will be valid for 10 years.
